SERVICE WITH ENVISION BERLIN
SHORT TERM TEAMS
10 Day Trips
Our short-term trips are a great opportunity for your group to increase cross-cultural awareness as you partner with us in ministry. These trips are designed to help you develop vision, provide opportunities for you to serve the community in meaningful ways, and to strengthen partnerships between communities of faith in the U.S. and Berlin.
Group sizes can range from 6-12 persons. Our trips cost $1,165 per person for a ten day trip, plus airfare. We have a limited number of slots available for teams each year, so don’t delay in contacting us if you’re interested!
INTERNSHIP
Learning and serving as an Envision Berlin intern is a great way to develop cross-cultural awareness, explore global missions, and experience spiritual formation while discerning what God might have for you long-term. Of course, you’ll also be serving alongside our site ministries. We have opportunities for interns to get involved with youth ministry, publishing, podcasting, graphic design, performance arts ministry, fine arts, social media, direct service, and more.
1-3 Month(s)
Summer internships, starting at the end of May, are a great time to get involved in ministry in Berlin.
Whether it is checking to see if long-term service is a good fit for you or using your summer to be involved in ministering while learning more about a new culture and new ways of ministry, Berlin could be a great fit!
1-3 month opportunities can also start in September or January.
6-11 Months
6-11 month internships (beginning in May, September, or January) are a great way to really immerse yourself into ministry in the Berlin culture, go deeper in your relationship with the Lord, grow in your creative gifts, learn, and serve others!
At Envision Berlin interns have opportunities to get involved with youth ministry, publishing, podcasting, graphic design, performance arts ministry, fine arts, social media, direct service, and more.
RESIDENCY
2-Year Ministry Preparation
An Envision Residency is designed to provide an opportunity for hands-on ministry experience in a cross-cultural setting while preparing you to move in the direction of long-term service. This two-year program is cohort-based, intentionally aimed to develop ministry readiness, discipleship values, cross- cultural agility, leadership, and spiritual depth. At Envision Berlin, site staff works with you to complete Envision’s resident curriculum as well as other associated readings and papers that your mentor will coach you through.
